Three Verified System-Design Changes
Three durable system-design changes were supported by direct primary evidence and verified as complete. This is a summary of the day, not an account of the individual changes. Their identities and details belong in the Blueprint updates section.
Board, Dashboard, and Import Changes: Verified Scope and Limits
The workflow changes introduced a lean live board with proposed, active, waiting, done, and archived lanes, linked from the management documents. The memory importer was also changed to read live Hermes home data and use Asia/Bangkok timestamps. Those changes followed successful validation checks. The board and importer changes are established; an accompanying shift in workflow ownership or responsibility is not.
The Hermes dashboard and control panel were implemented within the stated scope. A new dashboard route gained navigation and title mapping, alongside a repository-backed backend API endpoint and frontend parsing of the returned data. Verification included backend tests and a successful web build. A runtime serving issue was then corrected, and the resulting interface was reviewed through screenshots. That confirms implementation and verification of the listed elements, without establishing broader dashboard capability or unrelated operational impact.
The scheduled memory import’s permission failures were addressed in both the repository and live import scripts. Both scripts were updated to place the uv cache beneath the Hermes home directory, and their executable permissions were restored. Manual runs then completed without the uv cache error. The correction was verified under manual execution; that does not establish permanent resolution for all future scheduled runs.
Across these changes, work counted as complete only when a same-day recorded outcome could be tied to a direct request, execution output or readback, and a verified result. Planning-only and blocked work did not meet that boundary. The confirmed scope is therefore limited to the workflow board, memory importer, dashboard, and import-script changes described here. Their causes, broader benefits, additional architecture, and unrelated impact are not established, nor is any next step beyond those scopes.
