There were no completed-activity records for June 5, 2026. Separately, three same-day raw transcript files were identified to establish coverage, but that inventory did not make the transcripts verified result records.
Completed activity and failure records were kept separate. Where report classifications overlapped, they reused the exact same underlying records and timestamps rather than treating them as distinct events.
