Evidence Coverage and the Limits of Verified Claims
The coverage inventory found one same-day raw transcript file across the internal evidence locations. This established the scope of the raw transcript material available, but the file’s presence did not make its contents authoritative for emitted claims.
Completed activity and failure records were kept separate. Where recovery, mistake, and partial-work classifications overlapped, the report reused the same underlying records and timestamps rather than treating each classification as a distinct event.
Conversation summaries, daily recaps, and previously generated category files were excluded as substantive evidence. A claim was emitted only when an explicit, same-day verified result record existed. The raw transcript inventory established coverage, not verified authority for a claim.
By the same limit, the absence of an emitted claim means only that the required evidentiary threshold was not met. It does not prove that no conversation occurred.
