Conversation Storage, System Monitoring, Research Infrastructure, and Hermes Recovery

Six Completed Outcomes With No Recorded Blockers

The day’s primary records show six completed outcomes, with no failures or blockers recorded. They also include 24 raw transcript files from the same day as corroborating material, rather than as independent evidence of 24 additional events.

This remains a summary-level view. The figures describe the coverage captured in the primary records, but this section does not break the six completed outcomes into separate event narratives.

Conversation Storage, Installation Auditing, Health Monitoring, and Research Setup

The first completed item reorganized the stored conversation material. Raw and summary content moved into date-based folders, while the conversation-import script and its related index, log, and processed manifests were updated to match the new layout. The import was then exercised through a sandboxed runpy workaround. That verification remains limited to the path changes and the import path that was actually run.

An installation audit script for Hermes came next, accompanied by a reference for cross-checking the documentation. These additions provide audit and reference material, but they do not establish that the Hermes installation has been fully repaired or validated end to end.

A separate system-health watchdog was also added as a scheduled job. It checks critical jobs and disk health, remains quiet when the system is healthy, and is intended to alert when actual breakage appears. Its alert path completed successfully during a synthetic failure test, which verifies that specific test condition rather than every possible failure mode.

The final completed item established a separate lane for external and public research. It now includes a README and schema, keyword rules, an index, a log, a durable page, placeholder files, links to the existing knowledge and management areas, and completed-task tracking. Together, those pieces establish the research lane and connect it with the wider wiki structure.

Repository Alignment and Hermes Command Path Restored

These were recovered states rather than first-time feature work. The earlier restoration focused on repository alignment: instruction files were added at the repository root and within the source tree, while missing upstream and core documentation and repository configuration content were restored. Existing local customizations remained in place as the missing alignment files were reinstated. The restoration was then committed, with the repository recorded as clean.

The later correction addressed the Hermes setup path itself. The Hermes command installation path was restored and the Skills Hub directory initialized. Afterward, the doctor output reported only API-key setup issues. That result confirms the correction to the command path and directory setup, but it does not establish that all Hermes setup work was complete. The API-key issue remained unresolved in this record.

Evidence Coverage and Verification Limits

This run drew on two same-day inventories: 6 completed-activity records and a raw transcript corpus covering 24 files. Those counts set the boundaries of the material available for this section.

Completed activity and failure records were kept separate. Where classifications overlapped, the same underlying records and timestamps were reused rather than treated as new events.

Conversation summaries, daily recaps, and previously generated category files were excluded as substantive sources. A claim was included only when an explicit, verified result from the same day supported it. The absence of a claim does not prove that no conversation occurred. It means only that this section had no verified same-day result record on which to base one.
