The monitoring logs contained no indexed completed outcomes for the day, and no records of failures or blockers. That does not establish that no activity occurred. It means only that the monitoring record supplied no qualifying events in those categories.
Alongside those logs, 29 raw transcript files from the same day were inventoried using their canonical message-header timestamps. The files were available as corroborating primary material, but no events drawn from them were assigned to this section. The inventory therefore shows the available transcript coverage without establishing any additional accomplishments, failures, or blockers.
What the Available Evidence Can and Cannot Establish
The primary evidence sources contained no records for the day. The monitoring achievement log had no completed-activity entries, while the monitoring failure log had no failure or blocker entries. This means that no completed or failed events were recorded in those designated logs. It does not establish that no other activity took place.
The available coverage also included 29 same-day raw transcript files, dated according to the canonical timestamp in each file’s message header. These transcripts were inventoried to measure coverage, but they were not treated as independent authority for verified claims. A claim was included only when the designated monitoring evidence contained an explicit, verified result record from the same day.
Completed-activity records and failure records were kept separate. Recovery, modification, and partial-work classifications could reuse the same underlying records and timestamps where classifications overlapped. A repeated record therefore referred to the same event, not an additional one.
