Operational Automation, X Research Without the API, and Draft Review — Part 2

Operational Automation, X Research Without the API, and Draft Review — Part 2

June 8, 2026

The Scope of 19 Verified System-Design Changes

The day’s summary records 19 durable system-design changes, each backed by direct primary evidence and verified as complete. That count sets the scope of the day’s verified work at a summary level. It does not describe the changes themselves.

This section contains no individual change accounts. The affected designs, implementation specifics, classifications, operational impact, and per-change verification results are left to the detailed Blueprint updates section. The summary alone neither identifies the 19 changes nor establishes those individual details.

Repository Automation, Discord Reporting, and X Research and Review Workflows

Repository hygiene became automatic. The repository was also checkpointed to keep it clean while preserving AGENTS.md and new files. Both changes were completed and verified within that scope; neither establishes a broader workflow change or a shift in ownership.

Operational reporting was organized into separate Discord threads for daily Git backup pushes, wiki imports, local Git backup commits, and system-health monitoring. Each delivery target was manually run and verified. Those checks confirm the reporting arrangement and delivery during the manual runs, not an ongoing delivery guarantee or a change in ownership.

In the live Hermes profile, the achievement-log-sync plugin was enabled so queued achievement entries flush automatically when a session finalizes. The corresponding pre-change record did not establish that this capability was available. The confirmed change is the enablement of this plugin and its session-finalize behavior, with no wider capability established.

The no-X-API social research foundation came next: authenticated Ollama Cloud routing, a public-source niche scrape smoke test, and a Camofox browser server set up for rendered X/search probing. Each of those components was completed and verified. Together, they establish the listed foundation—not a broader social research architecture or expanded coverage.

A first live X/post research wiki loop followed, bringing together repeatable no-X-API niche collection, a live daily brief, pattern pages, a reliability comparison, and an Ollama Cloud model A/B comparison. The model comparison selected qwen3.5:397b for research extraction. The verified result stops at that research loop and model selection; it does not establish additional workflow changes or broader research capability.

The no-X-API social/X research cron reporting stack was also completed and verified. It covered light collection, a daily deep brief, and weekly query/niche review jobs. All three jobs were manually fired successfully, delivered to a Discord tracking thread, and reported no delivery errors. The thread identifier remains undisclosed. These runs verify the named stack under the manual checks performed, without establishing that future deliveries will succeed.

Finally, the individual X draft review workflow was completed. Each algorithm-informed draft has separate Approve, Request changes, and Reject actions. Approval sends the post to the X posting outbox; a change request sends it to the rework queue for a revised proposal. Rejection marks the post rejected. Those actions and destinations are confirmed. Downstream posting outcomes and broader posting automation are not established.

Throughout these updates, work counted as completed only when a same-day primary request could be matched to execution or readback, a verified result, and a corresponding completion record. Blocked or planning-only work did not qualify. That standard keeps the claims tied to the specific implemented and verified states described here, without extending them to permanent resolution, unrelated impact, or future behavior.
